Booking/Contracting
Written booking requests from the customer can be made via the communication channels specified under "Contact"
With the written / electronic booking confirmation, the contract between the customer and ANONG GARDEN Resort for the mentioned services is concluded.
The general terms and conditions are part of the contract between the customer and ANONG GARDEN Resort.
Additions to the services not explicitly mentioned on this homepage will only become part of the contract if they are accepted between the customer and ANONG GARDEN Resort and agreed in writing in the booking confirmation.
Prices and terms of payment
The price to be paid by the customer results from the booking confirmation.
The payment of 50% of the agreed price is made by the customer within 3 working days after the booking confirmation.
ANONG GARDEN Resort reserves the right to cancel reservations if payment is not made within 3 working days after having sent the booking confirmation to the customer.
If payment is not made within 14 calendar days after the written booking confirmation has been sent to the customer, the booking will be automatically canceled and the customer will not be informed of the cancellation.
ANONG GARDEN Resort accepts cash or bank transfer as payment methods.
Cash payment is only possible on site without prior written reservation.
Cancellations / Booking modifications
Cancellations or booking modifications after conclusion of the contract must be made in writing by email and confirmed by ANONG GARDEN Resort..
The costs of a cancellation or booking change after the conclusion of the contract depend on the time related to the rental date and the previously agreed arrival date and are:
> 60-15 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed price
> 14-7 days before arrival: 75% of the agreed price
> 6-0 days before arrival: 85% of the agreed price
Reimbursement
A reimbursement for non-use of the booking or early departure is not granted.
Rebookings are only possible if availability permits this.
Last minute bookings
Short-term bookings are possible if availability permits this. Please make the request by email. We will confirm the availability at short notice.
Liability/ Disclaimer of liability
ANONG GARDEN Resort is not liable if the non-fulfillment or the improper fulfillment of the contract is due to the following causes:
> Failure by the customer before or during the trip
> Force majeure or an event that ANONG GARDEN Resort could not foresee or avert despite due care
(e.g. floods, other natural disasters, fire, illness, etc.)
> On official measures, riots, epidemics.
In these cases, any liability for damages on the part of the provider is excluded.
Missed vacation time, lost vacation joy, etc.
Liability for lost vacation time, lost vacation joy, frustration damage etc. is excluded.
Responsibilities when using the swimming pool area
The use of the pool area (swimming pool and jacuzzi) and the steam sauna is at your own risk. ANONG GARDEN Resort excludes all liability, even if these services are included in the price.
Insurance cover
ANONG GARDEN Resort excludes all claims, in particular liability claims.
ANONG GARDEN Resort recommends its customers to take out a comprehensive travel insurance package or comparable insurance so that they are adequately insured against illness, accident, repatriation, travel cancellation, etc. according to your requirements during your stay.
Jurisdiction
The general terms and conditions are in accordance with Thai law and are subject to Thai jurisdiction. The seat of the court is Wichain Buri / Phetchabun in Thailand.
