How to contact ANONG GARDEN Resort?

What accommodations are offered?

We offer 5 identical houses, each 50 square meters, consisting of living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.

4 houses have a double bed and one house has 2 single beds.

How many people can the guest house be booked for?

The price includes rental for up to 3 people, each additional person incurs a fee of 200 baht. We then provide a mattress and bedding.

If you would like to receive visitors to ANONG GARDEN Resort, please let us know. A fee of 50 baht must be paid for each visitor using the swimming pool. For visitors after 8:00 p.m. we charge 200 baht per person per day.

We reserve the right to reject visitors without giving reasons.

What are the conditions for canceling a booking?

Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for conditions on how to cancel, change a booking or receive a refund.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

The holiday home is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, on the day of departure the house must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest and the keys must be returned.

Is an earlier check-in or later check-out possible?

Upon request, we will consider the possibility of other check-in or check-out times requested by you.

How can be paid?

We accept cash or bank transfer as payment methods. Cash payment is only possible on site without prior written reservation.

Is there a cleaning service?

If requested, we clean the holiday home every day. Please coordinate with us if you do not wish this.

If you wish, we will be happy to wash and iron your laundry for you for a small fee. Contact us.

Is WiFi free?

Our WiFi is free for our guests.

Upon arrival, you will receive the information required for use on request.

When using the WiFi, the provisions of Thai data protection and Thai child and youth protection must be adhered to.

ANONG GARDEN Resort is not liable for any unauthorized use by the guest.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are only allowed with our express permission.

Pets may only be brought along provided that they are under the constant supervision of the guest and that no danger or nuisance can arise.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking throughout the house is prohibited and only allowed outside the house.

Is the swimming pool free to use?

The use of our swimming pool is free for our guests.

Visitors of our guests are allowed to use the swimming pool for 50 baht per person after coordination with us.

In principle, our general terms and conditions as well as the house rules apply. The house rules are also available in every house.
